The Francesco Riccardo Monti prize for life time achievements is a recognition for scientific work done to spread Oxygen-Ozone Therapy practice in Italy and around the world. Dr. Vijay Sheel Kumar received international recognition for his pioneering work on Ozone for Back Pain – Ozonucleolysis.

Dr. Vikram Sheel Kumar accepted the price on behalf of his father, Dr. Vijay Sheel Kumar at the IIIrd World Congress of Oxygen-Ozone Therapy, April 14-16th 2011 held in Brescia, Italy. Dr. Kumar gave the keynote address “Ozone Therapy Today”. The Congress in Italy followed those held in Beijing and Madrid and brought together physicians who practice Ozone Therapy from across the globe.
